Will you advise me on the best product?
Camerons Blinds & Awnings offer a full on-site assessment with free measure and quote service where one of our highly trained and experienced representatives will fully assess your requirements, work with you on design choices, inspect your site, offer product options, measure the area and quote you on the most suitable products.
We do not believe in pushy sales techniques and want our customers happy with their choices, so to place your order you can either go ahead with your consultant on the day, or you can think it over and call our office to organise you order over the phone.
You can also visit our extensive showroom where we have all the products that we make — awnings, blinds, canopies, curtains, retractable roof systems. shade systems and shutters — on display, so you can try before you buy, see our quality, chat with the experts and compare our range before you commit to buy.
Can I order a blind or awning without you visiting my home or business?
Yes. Camerons Blinds & Awnings also offer a “supply only” service whereby the goods are manufactured to your measurements and specifications. We do not visit the site for measuring or installing of “supply only” goods.
I’m not sure which colour or fabric type to pick for my new blind or awning. Can you help?
Our trained and friendly staff are there to assist you with colour and fabric choice and offer any other advice or information that you may require.
Your at-home consultant will come to you with a full shop-at-home kit and you can also visit our showroom and take your time making the best fabric choice for you and your decor.
Can I motorise my existing awning?
Yes, many manual awnings and blinds can be modified to include motorisation and other automation options. Our trained representative will assess the suitability of your existing blind on-site.
How long until my products will be installed?
Once you place an order with us, your order will normally be installed within 2-5 weeks, depending on the season.
Of course turn-around times will also vary according to the type of product(s) you have ordered.
We will advise you of an estimated installation time when you place your order and you will then be contacted once your products are ready so we can book a suitable installation day for you.
When do I pay for my blind or awning?
A deposit is required to proceed with your order. The final balance is then payable on the day of installation or collection.
Camerons Blinds & Awnings also Humm Finance option for your purchases. You simply pay the deposit to go ahead with your order and we install your awnings, blinds, curtains, retractable roof systems, shades or shutters with no payment due! You then make fortnightly or monthly payments over 24 months to pay off your purchase – it’s that easy! And the best part is – it’s NO INTEREST EVER!
What other payments do you accept?
At Camerons Blinds & Awnings you are able to make payments via cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), cheque, bank deposit and money order.
We also offer Humm Finance – buy now, pay later.
Are your blinds and awnings child-safe?
Yes, at Camerons Blinds & Awnings our products are manufactured and installed according to Australian Child Safety guidelines.
How do I use and care for my new awning, blind or shade system?
At Camerons Blinds & Awnings our installers will assist and instruct you with usage of your products. We also provide all our customers with a care and usage pack.
